INTENTIONAL STEPS

Intentional steps are the words that the Lord has been bringing to my mind for the past couple of weeks.

I hear so many people talk of feeling overwhelmed, burdened down and frustrated because of various life issues that happen.

It seems there’s no end to the chaos in sight.

That’s what the devil wants us to believe.

Going in to 2020 our steps must be intentional.    Intentionally headed towards the Lord so that we don’t get distracted by satans snares.

Inspired from a conversation I was having with a friend of mine.   The Lord was giving me a Word for her as she was struggling through a dark time.     Then the Lord spoke to me and said…. this is for others that need to hear it.    There’s so many people struggling and others around them don’t know the depths of pain of what’s in their hearts.    Pain caused from various sources and for various reasons.

For 2020 we must be intentional about our steps and we can’t sit back and wait for the enemy to attack but we must go full force at the enemy with the boldness and strength that we have in Christ.

GREATER IS HE THAT IS IN ME THAN HE THATS IN THE WORLD!

1st John 4:4

NO WEAPON FORMED AGAINST US SHALL PROSPER

Isaiah 54:17

He’s attempting to steal our joy and sadly at times I too am guilty of letting him win a few battles.   Sometimes he makes my head spin until the Lord finally gets my attention and sort of shakes me back to reality.    Giving me eyes to see the spiritual battle I’m in.

He reminds me to arm myself with the full armor

Go at satan full force  and remind him that we (Christ’s children) are the head and he’s the tail!

Remind him that he no longer has that control!    We have to learn to take back what the enemy has stolen!   And mean it when you charge him!

We must charge at him full force using Gods Word!!!

Sometimes it’s necessary to talk directly to the devil  as we charge….

Telling him that you believe Gods Word is true and NO weapon formed against you will prosper!

Isaiah 54:17  No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper….. (KJV)

Remind him you don’t walk in fear any longer!

2 Timothy 1:7  For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind. (KJV)

Remind him that you take each step with the boldness and courage that comes from the Lord and that he must step back!

Matthew 4:10  Then saith Jesus unto him, Get thee hence, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve. (KJV)

Remind him that you have Christ fighting this battle for you and that you are strong because of Him.

Deuteronomy 31:6  Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the LORD thy God, he it is that doth go with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee. (KJV)

Remind him that even though the time seems dark now that you still rebuke his fear and will walk this valley victorious

Psalm 23:4  Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. (KJV)

Remind him of his destiny and that you are an overcomer in all things because of the One you serve which is Christ Jesus and that Jesus has given us the power to overcome the enemy!

Luke 10:19  Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you. (KJV)

These are some powerful words that we all need to hear!   Never forget….

GODS WORD IS SO POWERFUL!!!!!

Never forgetting that Gods Word is sharper than any two edged sword!

I find myself in moments of physical, mental and emotional exhaustion which then affects my spiritual walk with Christ until I reach a point that I get so mad at the devil for the distractions he’s placed in front of me and I get my spiritual boots on along with the entire armor of God.
I have purpose in my steps, I go with intention and I go full force at him!!!

Those are the times I grow spiritually and when I’m finished I sit back and wonder what took me so long?!

Then  I’m reminded that even when Jesus was tempted in the wilderness it took Him 3 times before He finally said it’s enough and with all power and authority he told satan to get behind Him and that was the end!

The power is in Jesus name and it comes from our heart and not our brain.   It comes from having a true relationship with Him and knowing He’s always there making a way for us and encouraging us in each battle.

We are called to be  strong spiritual people of God and are to walk in boldness.   We must not forget that others are watching us at all times especially when we are in battles.

Don’t you think the devil wants to trip us up so that we fail during difficult time?   Because it will cause confusion for so many others watching us.

Even in our work places, grocery stores….even in  our churches… we have people watching us to see how we will handle certain situations.

HEAR ME LOUD AND CLEAR!!!!

THE DEVIL IS A LIAR….. and the author of confusion and frankly I’m so sick and tired of him!   I HATE HIS STINKING GUTS!!!!!!

I get mad and I charge!!!!  He needs to fear us as a child of God and NOT the other way around!   I’ll be in heaven!   Haha he will not!

Let our steps be intentional!!!!  Draw that line and dare him to step over it!   He won’t!

He can’t!   He’s destined to hell and will never cross over the bloodline of Jesus.

So use that to your advantage and take back what the enemy has been trying to steal and walk in the boldness Christ gave you and charge the enemy with Gods Word.    It’s full of promises for you and they’re all yes and amen!
