THE THRONE

Is God sitting on the throne of your heart? If not then He should be.

God is not interested in changing us…. God is interested in fully replacing us! What do I mean? What I mean is…. God tells us that when we truly come to know Him that He makes ALL things new!

Revelation 21:5 And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful. (KJV)

That’s not just a change in us, but that’s replacing who we were before and making us a whole new person!

He gives us a new heart,

Ezekiel 36:26 A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh. (KJV)

a new walk… where we can actually walk by Faith and not only by sight.

2 Corinthians 5:7 (For we walk by faith, not by sight:) (KJV)

a new way of talking so that Grace shines through at all times.

Colossians 4:6 Let your speech be alway with grace, seasoned with salt, that ye may know how ye ought to answer every man. (KJV)

a new way of thinking.

by putting on our helmet of Salvation

Ephesians 6:17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God: (KJV)

so that our mind is stayed on Christ.

Isaiah 26:3 Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee. (KJV)

… a new HOME!

John 14:2 In my Father’s house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. (KJV)

John 14:3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also. (KJV)

Maybe you’re stuck in only letting Him change parts of you. Maybe that’s why you seem to do ok for a while before slipping back to the “old way”.

We are heading full force into the most wonderful time of the year… Christmas season and the best gift you can receive is allowing Christ to replace the old you with a brand new you! A replaced you that walks so close with Jesus that you can feel His very breath as He speaks to you and hear His Words for you. A walk with Jesus that’s so close that You can feel His presence at all times!

Lord, let the glory of Your Holy presence fall and make all things new! Help many to receive the greatest gift ever…. the gift of YOU. Replace all of their old ways and make them new in You.
